Minions are allies. Shouts that effect allies also effect minions.

It depends on the description. Some shouts and chants say 'Party Members' or 'Allies' in earshot. Party members exclude minions and other NPCs that are not in the party window.

You pretty much have to read the skill description. People were abusing these things (specifically in gvg at VoD) so they changed most shouts and chants to affect only party members.

and then theres ["Go for the eyes!"] which affects minions, but dosnt do squat because minion crits dont get any bonus damage or even auto-max
|
